Returns

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase, unworn and in its original packaging.

  • 30 days - The day you receive your package (your delivery day) will be day 1.

  • A return label will be provided free of charge. There will be no restocking fees.

  • To start your return, please fill out the return form and use the pre-paid return label for mailing.

Refunds will be credited to your payment option used on the initial order up to 10 days after receiving your returned item(s). You will be notified by email of your refund.

Shipping

Wynter’s Dream uses a Flat Rate Shipment cost of $6.99. Standard shipping times may vary based on weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances. Estimated delivery time is between 2 to 5 business days.

Please note that Priority and Express shipping is available at higher rates of $15.99 to $29.99.

WD Logo Merch is made to order and needs time for printing; *up to* 5 business days. Please allow time for processing. You will be notified when the printing and shipping process begins.

All shipments will have a tracking number. If you have separate shipments, they each will have their own tracking number. Please review your email for shipping details.
