Orders are processed between 24 to 48 hours. WD Logo merchandise is made to order and needs an allowed printing time up to 5 business days. Once printing is complete your order will begin processing.

You will receive a confirmation email after completing your order. Please be sure the contact information you enter is correct as it is where order details will be sent.

We accept all major debit and credit cards. PayPal is also an accepted payment method with an option to pay-in-four.

At this time, we only have PayPal as an option to pay-in-four. However, other Merchant Apps may allow you to create a one-time card for purchases. Give it a try!

Wynter’s Dream uses a Flat Rate Shipment cost of $5.99. No matter how many items you purchase, the shipping cost will remain the same. Standard shipping times may vary based on weather conditions. Estimated delivery time is between 5 to 7 business days. Please note that Express shipping is available at a higher cost of $25.

All shipments will have a tracking number. If you have separate shipments, they each will have their own tracking number. Please review your email for shipping details.

WD Merch can take up to an additional 5 days for printing. These are business days. Please allow time for processing. You will be notified when the printing and shipping process begins.

Yes. We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase, unworn and in its original packaging. Refunds will be credited to your payment option used on the initial order up to 10 days after receiving your returned item(s). You will be notified by email of your refund.
